Common questions
Find clear and detailed answers to all common questions about Migrants Hub Australia.
Do I have to do these in order?
No, but this order works for most people. The phone, bank account and TFN come first because other services ask for them.
What if my visa isn't eligible for Medicare or Centrelink?
Eligibility depends on your visa. Check directly with Services Australia, or ask a settlement service to check with you - free help via Find Services.
